Pls fix

Everytime I log into the app Id have to start all over again from creating new beats to downloading my purchased beat packs. I thought freeing up a major amount of space would resolve the issue, but it didnt help. I deleted the app and redownloaded it again and now I cant even get all my purchased packs? This is getting really irritating, hope you all resolve this issue fast. Thanks
