Update still NO FIX

I bought 3 sound packs but after one of these so called updates they dont work and will not restore. There have been 3 updates since yet this issue continues. Email havent been responded to either.
Whats the problem????
Its been 10 months since this issue occurred. There are many others dealing with this same problem. Ive seen there complaints, why havent the devs? FIX FIX FIX FIX FIX FIX FIX FIX
